These terms govern access to and use of the AmbaAmbaDotMap beta website at www.ambaambadotmap.com, published on 18th March 2026 by AmbaAmba.Studio.
By visiting, accessing, testing, or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Beta release notice
AmbaAmbaDotMap is currently released as a beta version 1.8.3. Features, interface details, availability, limits, and output behaviour may change at any time without notice.
Because this is a beta release, the website may contain bugs, unfinished workflows, browser-specific issues, temporary interruptions, or export inconsistencies.
Ownership
AmbaAmba.Studio retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the website, including its source code, object code, interface, layout, visual system, motion language, branding, documentation, presets, interaction design, and all related intellectual property rights.
The website is licensed for access and use. It is not sold, transferred, or assigned to you.
Limited license
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the beta website for lawful creative, editorial, educational, portfolio, and internal commercial experimentation purposes.
You may create original images, studies, and other lawful outputs through normal use of the website, subject to these terms.
Ownership of your outputs
You keep ownership of the original creative content you upload and of the lawful outputs you create with the website, except for any rights belonging to third parties or to the website itself.
This does not give you any ownership in the code, interface, branding, bundled assets, or underlying design and technical implementation of AmbaAmbaDotMap.
Restrictions
- You may not use the website in connection with political campaigns, lobbying, electoral messaging, political advertising, or other public-affairs persuasion activity.
- You may not use the website, its branding, bundled assets, or its outputs to promote violence, terrorism, extremism, discrimination, hate, harassment, illegal activity, or exploitative content.
- You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, mirror, or republish the website, its code, or its assets under another name or brand.
- You may not copy the code, recreate the interaction model, or reproduce the visual system in order to launch a competing or lookalike website, app, editor, tool, or service.
- You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, inspect, extract, or otherwise analyze the code or architecture in order to copy features, rebuild the product, or derive the implementation.
- You may not make new websites, editors, interfaces, or products substantially based on the design, code, layout, motion, interaction logic, or branded experience of AmbaAmbaDotMap without prior written permission.
- You may not remove, hide, alter, or bypass copyright notices, brand identifiers, proprietary notices, or technical protections.
- You may not upload the website code, source, private builds, or packaged files to a public repository, public mirror, public drive, code host, or downloadable archive without prior written permission.
- You may not scrape, spider, benchmark, stress test, automate, or use bots against the website in a way that harms the service, extracts protected material, or interferes with other users.
- You may not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, exports, unpublished features, private builds, or administrative tools.
Availability and changes
AmbaAmba.Studio may update, suspend, restrict, reset, or discontinue any part of the beta website at any time, with or without notice.
Access to the beta website may be limited, throttled, invitation-only, region-limited, or temporarily unavailable during maintenance or testing.
Third-party components
Some parts of the website may rely on third-party browser technologies, fonts, codecs, hosting services, analytics, or libraries. Those components remain subject to their own respective terms where applicable.
Third-party terms apply only to those third-party components and do not reduce the protections of these terms for AmbaAmbaDotMap.
Termination
AmbaAmba.Studio may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms, misuse the website, create legal or reputational risk, or interfere with the service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the website ends immediately.
Warranty disclaimer
The beta website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
AmbaAmba.Studio does not warrant uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or error-free performance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmbaAmba.Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or interruption of use.
If liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability relating to the beta website is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to access the service in the twelve months before the claim, or CHF 50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the website or these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lausanne, Switzerland, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
